Rick Cargo

Rick Cargo is chief operating officer, responsible for asset management, technology initiatives, the underwriting process and closing property acquisitions for Raymond James Tax Credit Funds. He has more than 27 years of experience in numerous aspects of commercial real estate. He is a member of the RJTCF Investment Committee. Prior to joining Raymond James in 1999, Rick worked for First Industrial Realty Trust in several capacities including acquisitions, development/construction and management. Previously a project development manager with the Radnor Corporation, he received his bachelor's degree with honors from University of Florida and attended the MBA program at the University of South Florida.
